Manufacturing
Each panel is cast from a mineral-rich blend of quartz sand, calcium powder, and a water-based acrylic binder, hand-finished to capture the natural texture and depth of real stacked stone — without the weight. Every panel is quality-checked before it ships from our US warehouse, so what arrives matches what you see on the page.
Installation Guide
This panel installs with adhesive — no peel-and-stick backing, so a small adhesive tool kit is required (structural adhesive or glass adhesive, sold separately).
- Prepare the wall — surface must be flat, firm, dry, and free of dust, grease, cracks, or loose material. Uneven walls should be leveled first.
- Prime the wall — apply a suitable primer or interface agent and let it dry fully; this strengthens the surface and improves adhesion.
- Plan and cut — mark your layout and guide lines on the wall, then trim panels to size as needed for a clean, consistent fit.
- Apply adhesive — spread structural or glass adhesive evenly across the panel back in a serpentine or notched pattern.
- Press and smooth — place the panel onto the wall along your guide lines, press firmly and evenly to ensure full contact, and remove any trapped air.
- Finish the joints — once installed, fill seams with a matching joint filler and clean the surface for a polished look.

Questions, answered
Frequently asked questions
Practical answers about performance, installation, care and delivery.
What is this panel made of? Is it real stone?
It's not natural stone — each panel is cast from a blend of quartz sand, calcium powder, and a water-based acrylic binder, hand-finished to reproduce the deep, irregular texture of real stacked stone. It gives you the authentic look and feel of stone at a fraction of the weight and cost.
It's so thin (0.3-0.4cm) — will it crack, dent, or feel flimsy once installed?
The panel is thin and slightly flexible by design, which is what lets it conform closely to your wall and install without the weight of real stone. Once bonded to the wall with adhesive, it's fully supported and rigid in place — the thinness is a feature for easy handling and shipping, not a sign of fragility after installation. Like any veneer product, avoid direct impact once installed.
Can I install this myself, or do I need a professional?
Most customers install it themselves — it's a straightforward adhesive-mounted process: prep and prime the wall, cut panels to size if needed, apply adhesive, press the panel into place, then fill the joints. If you're comfortable with basic DIY wall projects, you can do this. For large walls, corners, or a flawless finish, we recommend hiring an installer.
Can I use this outdoors, like on a patio or backyard wall?
Yes — the material is weather-resistant and commonly used on covered patios, outdoor kitchens, and backyard accent walls. For direct, unprotected outdoor exposure, ask us about the right adhesive and sealing approach for your climate before installing.
Can I cut it to fit around outlets, corners, or odd-shaped walls?
Yes — panels can be trimmed with a utility knife or fine-tooth saw to fit around outlets, switches, and corners. Plan your layout and mark cuts before applying adhesive.
How do I clean it, and will the color fade over time?
Dust with a dry brush or wipe gently with a barely damp cloth — avoid soaking the panel or using abrasive cleaners, which can wear down the surface texture. Indoors, the finish holds its color well out of direct, prolonged sun exposure; for outdoor installations in strong sun, some gradual fading over years is normal for any painted or mineral-finished surface.
